To look up the status of an order:
If an order is still being processed or has additional items to be processed, these orders are located in the 'Open Orders' section.
- In the header, click 'My Account'
- Click 'Open Orders'
- Sort on headers and see order status column
- Click on 'Details' to view the order
Order numbers beginning with 1 are watch and clock orders. Orders beginning with 8 are part orders.
If an order has been invoiced, the invoiced orders are located in the 'Invoiced Orders' Section. The tracking number for the order can be found in this section.
- In the header, click 'My Account'
- Click 'Invoiced Orders'
- Click on 'Details' to view the invoice
